LOL!  Ok so I had my Body Revolution Journal but I'm on a long break from that because squats and lunges hurt my bum hip/pelvis too much  ;) 

I hope to get back to it some time this summer though! 

Thought I might try to keep up with another exercise journal.

may 8--gym-elliptical
may 9--NMTZ, 30 minute walk
may 10
may 11
