My first triumph of the morning was actually getting up at 5:30am to run. LOL the second was actually getting out of the house to run.

The third wasn't my run time, which I wish it would have but I beat my last run of 18.41 by almost a minute :-). I ran 17.53 this morning.

Just the mere fact that I've been able to run that long is astounding to me and I'm so excited! I'm asthmatic and doing it all without medications.

I'm not sure how far I'm running but I'm going to drive my route in a few minutes to figure it out.

After the beach, and our nap, it's a 10 mile bike ride!!!!
