Can you train yourself to like certain foods?
We are moving to Colorado at the end of June. DH and are wanting to try and eat "clean" once we get there. Problem is, I'm such a picky eater! I don't like much in the line of veggies, and only a handful of fruits. I need some advice on how to train myself to start liking them! I know it won't happen over night but if anyone has any advice, it'd be very much appreciated! Thanks!
