Ok- Here's the rules/what I think we should all do.

-Anyone who wants to join this challenge NEEDS to comment on this post.

-Based on how many likes you get ON YOUR REPLY TO THIS POST is how many situps you will do daily.

WK 1- We will start with JUST sit ups- lets try to get to atleast 300 situps/day by the 7th day of the first week.

WK 2- Along with the situps, add in One of the following:

  •  Pushups
  • Squats
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Lunges
  • High Knees
  • Butt Kicks

WK 3- DOUBLE the amount of situps.

WK 4- Along with the same routine as week 3, ADD in one of the options above (lunges,high knees etc.)

WK 5- Double Situps, and 2 of the above options.

WK 6- Double situps and 3 of the above options.

***You don't have to do just regular situps, you can do any of the following to count as your situp***

Regular Situps:

Oblique Crunch:

Bicycle Crunch:

Russian Twist:

Or this --Ab Lounge lol

**Also, you need to post daily with the amount of situps you had to do and if you completed all of them =)

Don't forget to like everyone's replies to get them going too!!!

 lol....this is a good one I wont be in on it ill just do my situps when someone bumps my post I owe many already this AM from this group two other CM groups and FB lol that will keep me busy I do enough of the other stuff with my p90X 6 days a week lol BUT this is awesome for people that dont already do a lot of these (too many too much lactic acid too much pain the next day to workout the REAL workouts :))

 

PS- lol the first pics isnt a situp (situps you SIT UP lol) those are crunches but anything moving rocks out!

 I will! But it would be akward if I did it in the middle of the office I work at LOL.. So they will have to wait until I get home =)
