****1 Like=5 Situps Challenege ****edit**

Ok- Here's the rules/what I think we should all do.
-Anyone who wants to join this challenge NEEDS to comment on this post.
-Based on how many likes you get ON YOUR REPLY TO THIS POST is how many situps you will do daily.
WK 1- We will start with JUST sit ups- lets try to get to atleast 300 situps/day by the 7th day of the first week.
WK 2- Along with the situps, add in One of the following:
- Pushups
- Squats
- Jumping Jacks
- Lunges
- High Knees
- Butt Kicks
WK 3- DOUBLE the amount of situps.
WK 4- Along with the same routine as week 3, ADD in one of the options above (lunges,high knees etc.)
WK 5- Double Situps, and 2 of the above options.
WK 6- Double situps and 3 of the above options.
***You don't have to do just regular situps, you can do any of the following to count as your situp***

Bicycle Crunch:

Russian Twist:

**Also, you need to post daily with the amount of situps you had to do and if you completed all of them =)
