I just got bk from a HR walk n walked alittle over 4 miles. Half of it was either uphill or downhill. I feel good. Got a good healthy sweat going. My legs n feet r still tight Haha. Still feel like moving but its dark out n my dh would have a fit if I was still out.

I envy you! I want to be able to run again. Walking my way up to it. I hate having asthma. Half of its in my head, but I'm too afraid I'll have an attack. =\

I'd love to run one day but right now I'm too fat lol. Plus I'd doubt my boobs would allow a run without protesting by giving a black eye. As for ur asthma take ur inhaler with u n ur cell phone Incase u need either one. Ull never know if u can run again unless u try. Warm up by walking then walk faster then go into a jog then run. Its worth a try. I never get a 4+ mile walk in cuz I have my son I usually only get one mile in so it felt good to go this far. My son was napping n this momma left daddy in charge n left.

Jace, you can run! I have severe asthma and had the same fear. One day I just decided to run for as long and as far as I could. Did my asthma flare? You bet but I made it through the attack. I can't run as far or as fast as many people but I can run faster and farter then I could when I started. :-)

Good job!  You can always do some strength or cardio moves at home if you still feel like moving!
