Motivation

I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how I could get the motivation and a little time to exercise and hopefully lose some weight. Here's my current situation so it may help with any suggestions anyone may has. I'm a stay at home mom ( i know you may be thinking well you have plenty of time to exercise) I have 3 children that I homeschool (their last day was actually today) I also go to college (online) but on top of all this I have a house to make sure it stays clean as well as some pets to take care of and also a fiance who works 10-12 hrs a day so I don't expect him to put in overtime to pick up my slack.....Any suggestions will be appreciated so please please send them my way :)

Wake up early and do a dvd workout. Try beachbody.com. they have tons of programs that are actually proven to work plus you get a free coach who's been through the same program you're doing. And if youcant afford the whole program up front, you can choose the 90 day payment plan on most programs (which I love)

Thanks. Maybe motivation isn't the word I am looking for lol maybe time or strategies that would make it easier with kids would be a better way to word it :)

Motivation u can only find. Time I can help with. I'm in ur shoes so I can tell u how I do things. I either wake up early n do school or workout then I go about my day once my sons up. Towards the end of the nite after my son is in bed I either do school or workout (the opposite of Wut I didn't do in the morning). Time is hard to find but u can do this.

Yep, you have to find the motivation within yourself...you can do this!  How about during your kids' quiet time or before they get up in the morning?  You can do some exercise workouts/DVDs then.
