I would start off by doing something light like taking your baby on walks.

How long was it after you had your LO did you get to full on excersise or feel normal enough to feel like it?

I only lost 10 this time around breastfeeding. Last time I lost 25. Since I'm tired of looking like this, I started walking with my kids about a mile every day and I also try to do push ups, sit ups, planks, jumping jacks. And I also count calories and keep a food journal. I font eat processed foods, nor do I drink soda (which I've actually been craving past few days, though its been months), nor do I eat fast food. Doing this I have lost all together about ten pounds, but since I really started taking it seriously is when I lost that last five. My son is a year now BTW, and still shows no signs of weaning.

I know this is for the other poster, but... With my first I never did anything, it just came off by itself. This go around I started working out when he was about 2 or 3 months old. But like I said, I didn't take it serious until the past month or so.

I starting insanity week 2 post partum,, don't go hard, I modified all activates.listen to your body. The most important is a clean diet and don't forget 500 extra calories to your BMR for breast feeding! this is important so u don't go into starvation mode! And to keep up your milk! Good luck and congratulations on the little one

I lost bulk of my baby weight and then some by supplementing protein shakes 2 times a day and also energy drinks. both products came from very healthy company that is vegan so it was great for baby while breastfeeding as well.
