Tonight, I learned not to let a family member (or anyone for that matter), talk me into eating something that I really don't want to. My aunts kept persisting that I needed a slice of butter pecan cake. I finally gave in and had a small piece and now I literally feel horrible. The cake was good but it was too sweet and my body is in shock now, lol.

Today I learned I don't have as much padding on my butt and riding a bike hurts:) I need a more comfortable seat...

I've learned that I need to take a few extra pairs of socks to work for my lunch workouts. I forgot today and yesterday and had to go sockless. Lol!!!

I learned that after doing most of your workout with weights and then putting them down for the last couple minutes makes you feel like your arms are basically not there anymore lol

Leftover chicken, spinach and roasted peppers make some amazing omlettes

OH and that no matter how strong you feel like you've gotten, your husband will still scold you if you try and move a washing machine by yourself (eye roll).

I've learned that life is more about being healthy and strong than being skinny:)

I have learned that its never a good idea to close your eyes and succomb to the music on your ipod when riding your elliptical. Everything goes to spinning and when you open your eyes you realize that your legs aren't moving anymore haha.

Ug, I hate that!  I always feel like crap when I cave in to sweets like that.  I always feel better when I stay away from that stuff.

I learned that I am capable of more then I give myself credit for.

And, sweets give me a headache now, almost every time.

I've learned to be more forceful with dh at the gym. We did a max weight WOD and dh was practicing somethig and collapsed under 230#. luckily with some chiropractic care he'll be fine.

Breaking in new running shoes should be done outside of a workout. Not very smart to wear brand new shoes to a class.
