...Instead of just saying "I want to lose weight/look better". I'm currently 154, and am aiming for 135, my prepregnancy weight. I'm giving myself 25 weeks, so that's just under a pound a week to lose. I told my husband what my goal is and that I need his help to stay on top of it. I need to be better about snacking on junk in the afternoons (so I need to stop buying it :-/ ) I'm also getting back to the gym. The past 3 weeks I've only been 1-2 times a week each. I'm going to try for at least 3 days at the gym, and one day workout at home.
So... I'm hoping I can stay motivated and not get discouraged.
