I'm going to be making fruit smoothies this morning then going for a long walk with dd.
My iron is low again so ill be putting 2 handfuls of spinach in my smmothie instead if one and bring raisins for the walk ! Have a great day ladies!

Mmmmm, I love smoothies!!

I woke up to breakfast being made by S.O. I think it's bacon and some brown eggs we picked up at the farmer's market.

old fashioned oats will 1tbs of brown sugar. :)  afterwork out my protien shake.

Egg whites with a little turkey sausage crumble and a cup of Orange juice! Pancakes and Bacon for the hubs and son.....good thing I don't care for either of those!
