i did insanity max interval circuit and nearly freaking DIED.... and i thought month one was tough. this is a killer. i've never sworn so much or called someone an asshole as much as i did with this workout.

68 minutes at the gym. did back and abs and elliptical and stationary bike. :)
today will be an hour of cardio, then some ab work.
