We went up Jacob's ladder, which is a set of stairs going uphill in the local park. The stairs are extremely shady lol each step is about 2 feet about the last and they aren't all level, so it takes balance to climb them. 144 steps build over 100 years ago (a flight is 30 stairs, so this is almost 5 flights of stairs) here's some pics of half the stairs:



I was feeling really good about myself today (I started a new diet a few days ago) until DH snapped a pic of me... I hate when other people take pics of me because that is the only time that I realize how awful my body truly looks :/

Heck yes I did! By the time we got back down (innevitable because that's where we parked) my legs were shaking!! I've been walking for an hour every other day and my legs never hurt, but now they do lol!!
