It's nice to have a "normal" week this week and nothing big going on so I can focus more!  I'm on day #4 (today) of my 100 day running streak, so I definitely plan to run every day this week.  I also plan to do at least 45 minutes of strength training/core work every day as well, with a day of rest.  Here's my tenative schedule/plan below:

Monday - 60 minute strength/core workout & 4-6 mile run

Tuesday - 60 minute strength/core workout & 1-2 mile run plus another 2-4 mile walk

Wednesday - 60 minute strength/core workout & 6-8 mile run

Thursday - 45 minutes strength/core workout & 4-6 mile run

Friday - 8-10 mile run

Saturday - 1-2 mile run & rest day!

I'm starting my summer workout schedule this week, although I had to make a few adjustments. Here it is...

Summer Workout Schedule

Monday--                
8:00 Dylan @ Swamp Bats
Gym- Treadmill intervals
9:00-10:00 Total Body Mix

Tuesday-- 
6:00 longest outdoor run

Wednesday-- 
5:45-6:45 BodySculpt
6:50-7:10 elliptical
7:15 shower and go to work
Breakfast at work
5:30-6:30 pm Zumba?

Thursday--
6:00 outdoor run (1 mi < Tues)
No More Trouble Zones

Friday--
Outdoor run (1 mi < Thurs)
No More Trouble Zones

Saturday--
8:00 gym- elliptical
9:00-10:00 Butts and Guts
 
Sunday--
Rest day

I'd love to get under 135 lbs this week :)

 I am starting the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred today, so I will be doing that daily.

Monday-Jillian Michaels 30 day shred- 45 Min lower body sculpting workout

Tuesday-Jillian Michaels 30 day shred- 45 min upper body sculpting workout

Wednesday Jillian Michaels 30 day shred-5 mile walk and 45 min core workout

Thursday-Jillian Michaels 30 day shred- 45 min lower body sculpting workout

Friday- Jillian Michaels 30 day shred- 45 min upper body sculpting workout

Saturday-Jillian Michaels 30 day shred- 45 min core workout

Sunday-Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.

Today is my rest day for Insanity and now I am on WEEK 4!!!

I want to stay committed and complete every workout on the scheduled day for this week :-)

And maybe on some days I might try and squeeze in some time to jog/run for about 20 minutes!!!!

I'm going to really focus on my eating this week. I've done really well - I actually made a totally different breakfast than the family because I knew I would screw up my calories. 

Since I'm focused on completely changing my body by next June, I need to get the diet on point and keep pressing play.

My goals this week are 6 days of exercise and drinking at least 75 oz of water a day.

I weighed today and have lost my 4 pound vacay gain! This week I want to get back to my videos. My knee has felt great these last 2 weeks so I am hoping to be able to get through them.

my big goal this week is MORNING runs...I usually run in the evening, but it's been soooo hot that I find excuses to skip.  This week I pledge to run EVERY a.m. even on my night shifts.

I am going to try to workout as much as I can this week. I go in to the doctor for a procedure on Tuesday that may make it uncomfortable for me to workout the rest of the week.
