It's nice to have a "normal" week this week and nothing big going on so I can focus more! I'm on day #4 (today) of my 100 day running streak, so I definitely plan to run every day this week. I also plan to do at least 45 minutes of strength training/core work every day as well, with a day of rest. Here's my tenative schedule/plan below:
Monday - 60 minute strength/core workout & 4-6 mile run
Tuesday - 60 minute strength/core workout & 1-2 mile run plus another 2-4 mile walk
Wednesday - 60 minute strength/core workout & 6-8 mile run
Thursday - 45 minutes strength/core workout & 4-6 mile run
Friday - 8-10 mile run
Saturday - 1-2 mile run & rest day!
I am starting the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred today, so I will be doing that daily.
Monday-Jillian Michaels 30 day shred- 45 Min lower body sculpting workout
Tuesday-Jillian Michaels 30 day shred- 45 min upper body sculpting workout
Wednesday Jillian Michaels 30 day shred-5 mile walk and 45 min core workout
Thursday-Jillian Michaels 30 day shred- 45 min lower body sculpting workout
Friday- Jillian Michaels 30 day shred- 45 min upper body sculpting workout
Saturday-Jillian Michaels 30 day shred- 45 min core workout
Sunday-Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.
Today is my rest day for Insanity and now I am on WEEK 4!!!
I want to stay committed and complete every workout on the scheduled day for this week :-)
And maybe on some days I might try and squeeze in some time to jog/run for about 20 minutes!!!!
I'm going to really focus on my eating this week. I've done really well - I actually made a totally different breakfast than the family because I knew I would screw up my calories.
Since I'm focused on completely changing my body by next June, I need to get the diet on point and keep pressing play.

my big goal this week is MORNING runs...I usually run in the evening, but it's been soooo hot that I find excuses to skip. This week I pledge to run EVERY a.m. even on my night shifts.
