Looking for some suggestions...

I was wondering if you lovely ladies had suggestions for work out "shows" available on either Netflix or Hulu that aren't Yoga or Pilates. I can't do anything moderate to hight impact, but I'm looking for something a little more upbeat than Yoga and Pilates. I do strength training with a trainer once a week, and try to get to the gym on my own at least two other times a week for weights, but I'd love to find something I can do at home for cardio. Thanks ladies!

Yeah, I'm not allowed to do kickboxing because of the impact. I have a spine injury that limits a lot of what I can do. Sucks because I would love to do something like kickboxing.

Check out sparkpeople's channel on YouTube.  It's free!  They have some good videos.
