I was wondering if you lovely ladies had suggestions for work out "shows" available on either Netflix or Hulu that aren't Yoga or Pilates. I can't do anything moderate to hight impact, but I'm looking for something a little more upbeat than Yoga and Pilates. I do strength training with a trainer once a week, and try to get to the gym on my own at least two other times a week for weights, but I'd love to find something I can do at home for cardio.
