I set my bmr to the minimum on mfp I've noticed most days its hard to even reach that. I've been trying hard n somedays I go over by maybe 100. I was just hoping that I'm not harming myself but I must b doing something right if I've been losing these past 3 1/2 months right?

Thanks Karen. Took me awhile to conquer that sodium n get it down but I'm keeping it down now :)
