Currently 6 weeks post-partum. 

Height: 5'6" 

Weight: 143.6

Weight Goal: 125-130


Other Goals:

To be able to continue breastfeeding, make healthier eating choices, tighten my tummy, strengthen my arms and legs, pick up a sport to play and go to the apartment gym once a week for cycling.  And at least 30 minutes of exercise each day.

Friday June 29


Kind of seems funny that my first update is that today I'm not going to work out. But I have exercised every day for the past week and I may do some simple exercises today but this day is meant to be my day of rest. :) Going out with my friend Brittany tonight for frozen yogurt. YUM!
