Is this enough?

I've been walking every night(no matter how hot) and I drink a whole water bottle on the walk.  I would say the walk is around 1 mile.  Is this enough exercise or should I try to exercise more?

I'm no expert, but if you are just barely starting out a mile is fine. But you should build up to more. Or incorporate some other exercises as well, depending on what your goals are.

Enough depends on where you're starting from and what your goals are. Focus on at least 30-45 minutes and increase your speed to cover more distance as you go. Good for you for getting out there!

I would say it depends on how much you want to lose and what your goal date is.

It's a great start. No matter how much you exercise, you need to count calories :-)

I walk everyday too. I've built up to over 2 miles atleast now. Do Wut ur comfortable wit but build up as u go.

We all start somewhere, so if that's where you're starting, then great!  Make sure you get your heartrate up and going for at least 30 minutes each day.  Your diet is key as well:)

I walk after dinner also. I think it's enough when you first start out but as you continue keep adding on extra exercises to so. Keep up the good work! :)
