Cut all carbs out of your diet ? I've seen in another group people saying cut out and you'll lose the baby pooch.

I wouldn't do it because I love carbs. Just curious if it's a good idea to do.

Carbs? 

Limiting carbs works for some people. I choose to just eat smarter ones instead - brown rice, oatmeal, whole or sprouted wheat breads...

I was confused because it said crabs. lol.  I was like, what's wrong with seafood?

But no. Carbs.  Definitely not healthy to cut ANY food group out of your diet.  Carbs are important as long as you're eating the right ones (dark, whole grain)

No if you are exercising your body needs carbs. You just should focus on healthy carbs not a loaf of bread!

Cutting some is a great idea. Cutting all, of almost anything, is bad IMO.
