Oooh my goodness what a morning! My niece woke up with pink eye so I had to deal with my BIL having a hissy fit, my mil got her into the doctors but I had to go get her from town after. Fed all the kids lunch and then put her down for a nap. Did a quick wipe down of EVERYTHING in my house with Lysol wipes and then decided I'd better do my workout cause this afternoon I'll be deep cleaning and sanatizing everything again! Just finished day 2 of 30 day shred and am now on my bike!

Nothing, yet... But I am about to go for a walk and then do some lower body workouts! I haven't really worked out in about 3 months, goal is to be sore tomorrow!

Yesterday i did slim in 6 and a 30 minute jog! Today i just did slim in 6. Tomorrow i will add anoter jog after my workout!
