P90x I hate cardiovascular workouts but p90x gives me weights and cardiovascular at the same time it also makes lean musclea which increases metabolism

I just started Insanity, and haven't tried P90X, but I have Supreme 90 with Tom Holland and I really like it. Equipment used in it are weights, stability ball and a mat. He shows how to do it without the equipment, but I like using the weights (hate the stability ball). Also the price of Supreme 90 is easier to handle ($20.)

well after reading think, you guys have me worried! i just had a friend burn me the whole p90x series!

Now im thinking I would like insanity better! im on day 3 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and is sound like its closer to insanity. i guess ill just have to wait and try it. I have a friend thats doing insanity i could ask to burn those to give it a try.

The programs are so different - do you want weights or intense cardio? Are you looking for fast pace that will test you mentally or are you looking for something you can easily modify and step into? Insanity would be cardio, fast, and mentally challenging. P90X is slower, methodical, and easy to modify.
