Today 134.2
.4 lb loss this week. That's actually great considering I'm toying with maintenance so I've been going over my calories a lot. I'm happy :)
I lost 2.2 lbs this week and I'm down to 145.6 now! I'm not expecting a loss for next week after that huge loss! :D
My main goal now is just to get my arms to look decent! :D

I am super happy with that.... I didn't do anything differnet, I just think it was my body catching up to where it should be and last week AF visited. Goal this week.... hopefully lose.5 pounds, drink more water, and get back to exercising better, along with more sleep. For me, enough sleep is key to my life! 7-8 hours at least is necessary.

*i just started JM 30 day shred Monday so I'm thinking this gain is from my body adjusting to a new workout routine. Plus it's been hot and I've not been drinking quite as much water as I should so I'm probably a wee bit bloated! Gotta get back on track this next week.

I've been in the same spot for month and a half. At points I give it my all and then I kinda give up. There so much going on its hard to stay on track. I can do really good, then all of a sudden it hits and I eat crap or/and to work out.
I know I can do this. I've lost a total of 79.6 loss. So there proof I can do it.

I'm not disappointed with no loss this week. It's that time of the month, and I had a few big weeks prior to this. Hoping for a decent loss next week....please horrible heat go away!!!

I wanna say I started this challenge at like 157.8.. almost 5lbs is awesome! Total loss... 37# in one year. Slowly but surly coming off! I happy as ever! I weigh less than I did when I got preggo with my first child and he is 5! I've been yo-yo dieting with no real success for probably 10 years. It took a gradual lifestyle change. This weight is NOT comming back. I've worked too hard... And gotten rid of all my "fat" clothes, so I can't go back :D
