I have a hard time counting my calories, and was thinking of joining WW online. Any of you ladies use it? If so, is it easy to keep track? Have you had good results?
I haven't used it. I've heard the group sessions help keep you more accountable, but can be a good way to go!

Either way you will be counting something, whether it is calories or points. Only you can decide what works best for you. I did WW for a year, but finally stopped because, for me, it was easier to track calories then to convert everything to WW points and then track that. I am getting better results with MFP beacause the mobile app is soo much more user friendly.

The app truly is amazing. Do you use the barcode scanner too?? Haha I have too much fun with that thing...
With a combination of Weight Watchers and Zumba, I just lost 27 pounds! I love Weight Watchers! The system is not a diet. It teaches you new eating habits for life. Also, the system is not restrictive (I eat anything and everything in moderation), I am not starving, and is easy to follow. If you follow this system, you will definitely lose weight! Try it!
