I have a hard time counting my calories, and was thinking of joining WW online. Any of you ladies use it? If so, is it easy to keep track? Have you had good results?

Okay. I joined. Hopefully I can do this! Though I'm confused about weekly points plus are? Are they like reward points for activity points? Or like, if I indulge every so often how do I take them from that? That's the only thing I'm confused on!

your activity points are different from weekly points... I dont usually eat back my activity points... if I go over on my daily allowance I will take them off my weekly points... I use them as a buffer... or if I want to eat pizza really really bad and I know that i cannot control myself and want to eat 3 slices... but I found that eating within my points and forgeting about the other points has helped me a lot better than trying to eat back all the points...

I just started back on the program last week, and lost 5.6 pounds this week.  I added exercise this time, and I find that it is working a lot better for me that way.... I am doing the 30 day shred and am already starting to see changes in my body only 7 days after starting it...

You can do it... just put your mind to it... and if you have a slip remember that is all it is a slip, pick yourself back up and restart .... I had a 3 months slip where I gained back 5 pounds so.. I am back to where I was before my slip... and excited about a new lifestyle and a new Laura!

So it's better to just try and stay within my 29 daily points instead of over eating my points and taking from the weekly? Lol believe it or not I did the whole tuturial on the website but some of it still doesnt make a lot of sense. Im guessing I will learn it as I go. I'm in the middle of doing the p90x and am hoping adding in WW to help keep track of what I eat helps lose some weight. It okay if I friend you?

Yeah you can friend me... I have quite a bit more points than that since I am still primarily breastfeeding.... If you can stay under your point value, I would, but if you have to then it is ok... that is what the points are there for... I eat a lot of fruits and veggies since they are for the most part 0 points... I love carrots and strawberries... and I do a lot of research on different healthy eating sites for meals. I meal plan weight watchers style!

Wow. That's a great loss! Today was my first day so I'm still getting used to it and figuring out points.
