Don't know how much weight I should lose.
I'm 20 years old, meduim bone structured, 5'2, weight ranges anywhere from 150-160, I have a hourglass figure. Usually I gain weight in my butt and thighs but recently (after a miscarriage) I started gaining weight in my stomach.
I don't know how much weight to lose. I don't care what number the scale says, I want to feel healthy and in shape. Basically, I want to tone my body. My arms, stomach, butt and thighs.
I've been doing the 30-day shred for about 2 weeks now. I'm still on level 1 though because the work out seems to be getting harder for me to do instead of easier.
I did the BMI calculator, but I don't like those. I don't go by them at all. I just want a healthy, toned body. Does anyone have an idea of how much I should lose by the info I gave you up there ^ and also, did the 30 day shred get harder for anyone of you or am I just being a whimp?
