Have you paid for "boot camp" training?

Yes, I have purchased a couple livingsocial or groupon deals for boot camps in my area. Definitely worth it! This is how I actually got back into exercising. I really enjoyed them even though they were pretty difficult :)

I just have a Billy Blanks bootcamp DVD. I love it. I don't really like to workout in front of other people so it's a good alternative for me and way cheaper

My gym offers a Boot Camp program.  You meet 3 times a week with a trainer for 1 hour in a small group setting.  The class involves a mix of cardio and strength activities, so it is a well-rounded program.  I've done the class before, here and there.  But I was signed up for a different team class (called TEAM Fitness).

I just signed up for 7 weeks of Boot Camp, though.  I start on Monday!  Can't wait!  Though, I am getting these 7 weeks for free... normally it costs $200/month (on top of your gym membership).
