MY goal list is pretty standard...
in phase 1 i wanna lose at least 10 lbs. but would love it if it were more.. lol.
in phase 2 I wanna tone and lose another 15 (i know it's a little harder)
ultimately I would like to lose up to 50 lbs I will be around 120 if I lose 50.
I started at 179.7 i have already lost .7 lbs (i know it's probably just water weight) but if I look at it as just water weight I am afaid I will just lose hope and give up..
I have worked out on my wii for 2 days now and that is how I lost the .7 lbs along with eating better..
any ideas on how I can get more efficency out of my workouts? any help is good help.
