I'M SERIOUSLY EXHAUSTED!!! LOLOL!!! Another day of Max Interval Plyo - I did this on Tuesday but I think I only did about 40 minutes of it because I'd missed working out on Monday, so on Tuesday, I did Monday AND Tuesday's workout, which was not the smartest thing to do, I was hurting pretty bad on Wednesday....so although the whole workout played, I think I only did about 40 minutes of the workout on Tuesday...but today, today was the WHOLE workout...and I got my butt kicked!!!
Does anyone EVER really make it through the entire workout?? I notice that even the people that are on the DVD with Shaun T don't always make it through the entire workout. Sometimes I wonder how many times I'll have to do Insanity in order to be able to get through an entire workout without a break, LOL!
I hope you all have a great workout day today! I'm already talking to my coach about what to do after Insanity is over - I've been eyeballing that Tap Out workout, but my coach said she did ChaLean Extreme after Insanity and she really loved it, so I'm going to get online today and check out that workout too and see if it looks interesting to me. I want to take about a month off after I finish Insanity before starting another workout, but I'd like to start looking now to see what I'm most interested in.
