Alright... here we go...
I'm Jennifer. I'm 37 years old and on a quest to go from 267 to 150 (or around there somewhere).
Last year, I decided I wanted to lose 37 lbs before I turn 37 on Dec. 6 (I was 267 at the time and had 36 weeks to lose it). I got off to a very slow, frustrating start. My sister asked me to start going to yoga class on Saturday mornings and it has completely changed my attitude. I started working out more during the week to try to get my body in better shape to help my yoga practices. Then I started tracking my calories and I feel like I'm finally on my way. I was stuck at 264 for several weeks, and now that I have all the pieces in place, we're on the move again!
Aside from my Saturday yoga, I usually do workouts that I find on youtube... a mix of different things just to keep me from getting bored. Leslie Sansone, kickboxing, yoga... I'll try anything once ;)
