What have your kids eaten today?
Just curious if our children are joining in the healthy eating too, or if we're letting loose with them. I tend to go both ways. I noticed lately I've been too slack about food with them so today I mend my ways.
I have a DS (6) and DD (3) and today they split a cheese omelette and a glass of milk for breakfast, and for lunch they had PB on whole wheat with carrot sticks and a bowl of applesauce, along with ice water for lunch.
