Jealous.

Does anyone else live where it's just too hot to go out?

I'm so jealous of all of the walks/runs/hikes you ladies are going on lately.

Stinking Arizona, it's still like 115 outside every day, so I can go for a walk if I have a death wish.

We had that kind of weather in Chicago about a week ago. This week, it's been in the 80's. It's been AMAZING. I hate that face melting, constant sweating type of weather. We went to the water park and didn't die from the heat today and I was so, so happy about it. ;-)

I live in TX and it's super hot here too. I find myself going either after dark, or before say, 7am. Rather than that, I load up the kids int he car and take them to the gym. I do my walking there.

Yes, but I run anyways! I ran a 5k this morning in the HOT, humid FL sun!

You can walk at 4am... it's cool then. :D

I'm not in a place that have 'heat warnings' -- or 'frozen flesh warnings' (another aspect of life on earth I'm happy to have lived without)... I live in a really temperate area.

I also live without a/c... so next Monday when it's supposed to get up to 35C (95F)... I get to live with it. It means I have to pay attention, and do what I need to to keep my house cool (close the front doors/windows that face south, open the north-facing ones, and stay downstairs where it's always about 65F... even if hanging out in the basement isn't sexy. We may have to sleep down there for a few days, if it stays... but usually we don't have high overnight temperatures)

Exercise dvds were designed for you, yes?

I'm in TX and the heat takes your breath away when you step out in it. I love the heat as long as it's around 95. Past 100 and it becomes very hard to do anything.

I'm in Arizona too. I get up at 530 for my walks. Other then that my butt is indoors because of the heat

I'm in OK, its been 106, I've still been doing my biking in the evenign though despite the heat otherwise I would fall off my "wagon" and never get up again.  I am ready for fall and have some cooler weather to walk and bike in.
