AAHHHH help me figure this out, please!!
So, I started myfitnesspal...which I HATE counting calories because I'm never good at guessing or being accurate, either.
Anyways, I'm trying to figure out how many calories I burned running today! For whatever reason, the tredmill never keeps your calories burned at quickstart and I'm trying to figure it out so I can enter it into myfitnesspal app.
I found an equation but I keep getting several different answers.
Anyone want to take a stab at it?
LOL I followed PEMDAS
And I plugged in the forms for generic and I keep getting anywhere between 250-376 calories burned.
If you want my numbers:
26 years old
My heart rate was at a consistant 187
4.0mph jogging/15min mile (I'm short so it's a moderate speed)
