I am in my ivf cycle, had embryo transfer today.
I really need to ensure I eat when hungry, which is constantly from the meds! otherwise I could jeopardize my cycle.
Also no exercise at all for several more days and that started Thursday with my retrieval. After I few days I can only do very light exercise, basically walking at a light pace.
I don't want to blow up now or during pregnancy unnecessarily. No, I am not concerned about weight gain with pregnancy, but I do want to do it safely. Last pregnancy I only gained 16 lbs even though I ate like a cow, did no exercise, and had gestational! I was also heavier than I am now, so I wouldn't be surprised if I gained more. I just don't want to be one of those people who gain 100lbs during pregnancy (no offense if anyone did, but I'm sure you probably wouldn't choose that again if you had a choice!). I just recognize that it is not healthy for me or baby. Anyhow, I guess I am new to pregnant (or soon to be!) and healthy.
