Hi my name is tanya. I'm almost 24yr old. I have a 14month old dd and a almost 5yr ds. Next week I will be starting the turbo fire workout. I'm really excited to start losing weight. My goal is to lose 30lbs. I wanted someone to share my weight loss with and to keep my motivation up. Once I start the workout I will have weekly updates. I'm really excited! Have any of you ladies done this workout?

I know I haven'tposted much since I joined. Things got crazy around here. Anyway, I just finished week 5 of the turbo fire workout. I have lost 5.4lbs since I started. Its not much, but its a start. I haven't been eating as healthy as I should. Its hard to change my diet, but I'm still working on drinking more water, eating less crap, and more healthy. I do better and better everyday. Anyway, how are you ladies doing on your weight loss?

I haven't tried that workout. I'm more of a 'do something different all the time' kinda gal...

I just ordered the workout and it won't be here till the end of the week :-( I'm really looking forward to it tho!

I haven't done it, but untill you get it you can do your own type of turbofire right.. Just keep working hard and you will get it done. if you have myfitnesspal look me up we can journey together. I wanna eventually lose 50 lbs and I am on a good start for it. I have lost 4 lbs in almost 10 days. put little goals in place first. my first goal is 10-15lbs in a month.. I have 20 days left and I am setting a good pace. my user name for MFP is lovingmomma1202 look me up.

Thanks. I will look you up :-) it'll be nice to have someone to work hard with and achieve goals together. I'm going to try and lose 10lbs a month. Its a 90day workout, so I think 10lbs every 30days is a good start.
