Strength prolly on up and lower body then spin class
went on a 3 mile run this AM and going to go clean my clients house this afternoon (always gives me a huge cal burn i use my HRM) =D
3 mile run, and weights
32 minutes on wii fit.. May be walking later not sure... I need to drink more water today thought I am bloated..
Nothing... I want to cry... I'm soooooooooooooooo bored sitting on my hiney! I can't wait until I can workout again this weekend.
