After 10 days off due to drs orders from a really bad sinus infection I was finally able to get back to working out today! I'm still not feeling 100% but I chalk a lot of that up to being just a few days from my period starting. I'm gonna hold off on starting back up with the 30 day shred until next week and do walking and my bike for the remainder of this week.
Tonight I did 40 minutes of 2-1-1 intervals on my stationary bike and wow!!! Talk about kick my butt! As much as it sucked I'm sooo glad I did it and am excited to get back into a routine!!! :)
