It seems like the more weight I lost and the firmer I get everywhere else the more cellulite I get on the side and upper thighs. Is that normal? Everything I read said losing weight and working out would help it not make it worse. What workouts should I do to tone up my butt and backs of my legs to reduce cellulite appearance? Thanks a ton!
