I finally started! Calories look ok?? UPDATE WITH PICS!!
One-week weigh in: 169.2 pounds. Lost 3.6 pounds in my first week! :-)
Monday I started tracking my calories using MFP and Tuesday I started using my Body Bugg.
My last two days without working out, I burned 2070-2170 calories, and ate around 1500 calories. So about a 650 daily deficit.
I'm currently 172.8 pounds and hoping to get down to 140 by Thanksgiving? Does this sound reasonable?
I'll post starting pics in my replies :-)
Edit: New plan: weight training. Won't lose much weight, but my body will surely change.
