Did a practice 10k run this morning. Wanted to gauge my time for my 10k next month. Now we're headed to Legoland, so LOTS of walking!

Went for a 45 min walk pulling dd in our wagon. Hoping to get time durning her nap to do a workout but I got lots of cleaning and packing to do.

I did 8 10 mins resistance band for arms workout, 8 mins core workout, and 8 mins yoga. :)

Day off, but I might do Stretch 40. Hamstrings are TIGHT.
