Went on a 5 mile hike today. Half of that was brutally steep. It was more like mountain climbing at that point. I feel good though and I hope my legs don't hate me tomorrow!

Yesterday, I ran 1.2 miles on the treadmill and walked a mile. I did the Arc trainer for 15 minutes.
