I just wanted to give everyone a chance to shine and brag on themselves for their weight loss! I've been asked a lot how I lost the weight so I figured I'd make a post and get it out there to everyone! If you have a before and after pic post it! I'll start it off! Say how much you've lost and how you did it. This will help others that are just starting their journeys too! Here we go!
This is me before at almost 200 lbs!!! I had just had my baby :)

And this is me now! After losing about 80 lbs :) sorry for the missing face couldn't get in the web cam pic! lol

Okay the face:

I lost the weight by running and coutning calories. I've started toning by going to the gym. I'm now trying to cut out all fried foods after recently giving up diet cokes (for the most part) and drinking tons of water! (something I never thought I could do!) Okay, now it's your turn!

50 lbs lost in 6 months!!
I've been counting calories, doing Jillian Michaels DVDs, weights at the gym and running :)

lol thanks! I worked with a great personal trainer for a few months but I no longer go to the gym he works at since I moved (sigh) so I've pretty much just stuck with what he taught me and that's HIIT training which is strength training and cardio combined and I do straight cardio 3 days a week for 45 min. The other 3 days I do the HIIT training. I do arms one day and legs another day. I rest on sundays. I start out by walking 5 min to warm up then sprint for a min. and go do about 4 sets of arms or leg exercises and run for a min. I repeat this 4 times. There's no resting in between. A lot of people like to sit and talk in between working out but with HIIT training there's no time for that, which is why I love it! I put my ear phones in and kick butt! ha ha!
