Hey! I am new to this group. I am trying to start my family on a healthy meal plan to help us lose weight and be and live healthier. I am trying to compile some recipes as well as any ideas that might help me with this.
If you guys have any recipes to share, I would love to know! We work a llot and most of our lunches are taken at work, and my daughter is about a year old and we are introducing things to her and we want to eat more stuff we can share with her. Any ideas??

I follow a healthy weight loss meal plan which includes eating low carbs and high proteins. We usually eat some kind of eggs for breakfast with low-fat yogurt or ham. Lunch is stir-fried vegetables with whatever meat I have at home. Dinner is soup and salad with roast or grilled meat.
