Want to improve your push ups?  Set a goal for where you want to be by the end of the month.  Try to do some push ups every day (or close to it), post your progress here, and see if you can beat your goal!  How many would you like to be able to do at one time by August 31?

I would like to be able to do 40 without stopping by the end of the month.  Let's see how it goes!!

I can only do 1 push up right now. I have always had trouble with upper body strength. I like this challenge, my goal is to be able to 10 by the end of August. Maybe eventually I will be able to do more than my husband who gets through 100 without breaking a sweat.

I can do like 10...on my knees.  I'd like to be able to do a couple on my toes, like, properly, lol.

I can do 5 regular and 15 on my knees. By the end of the month I would like to be able to do 20 regular pushups without stopping.

I can do a few pushups on my knees, but I'd like to be able to do regular ones.  I'm aiming for 5.

I can do about 15 on my knees without stopping. I'd like to be able to do 30. "boy" push ups I can only do a couple. I want to do ten without stopping.

Shooting for 15 this month - doing a lot of chest presses, most I did last month at once was 7.

I have no upper body strength! I can do about 10-15 on my knees and maybe a couple on my toes.

I'd love to be able to do 10 on my toes and 25 on my knees by the end of the month

I can do 1/2 on my toes and 10 on my knees. I like this. Going to try and see what I can do!
