I need your age as well. You have to go to settings, my goals, and then proceed with the prompts in order to a calorie amount.

I can do your BMR and then you can customize it. If you customize it and use my numbers, do NOT eat back the calories you burn in exercise. If you use their numbers, you will need to eat back those calories as MFP is set up to give you a 500 calorie deficit weekly after eating exercise calories.

Side note- I would not do an hour of cardio daily. I would do cardio no more than 5 days per week and add strength training 2-3 x per week. Your body needs 1 rest day per week in order to repair and restrand your muscles.

Your BMR is 1524.  You need to eat at least this much every single day for your body to function properly!

Working out 1-3 days/week, 1524*1.375=2095

2095-500=1595

To lose one pound per week, you need to eat between 1524-1595 calories each day.

Make sense?

You would need to burn or not eat another 500 calories per day in addition to what I calculated below but that would take you below your BMR which I don't recommend as it would put you in starvation mode.
