Questions, I have lots of them!
Within the next couple years I will be going back to work. I would like to be in better health by then. Since I am so big, and sedentary I plan on starting with walking. I will walk 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. My goal right now is just to get my ass moving, just get started. I am a size 24 in pants, my first goal is to fit a size 20 capri pants that I used to wear. I have not worn them since around 2005. I've kept them all this time hoping that I would wear thrm again someday. I need to learn how to eat all ovet again. I overeat, and make bad food choices. I will have to learn to eat my favorite foods, just in moderation. I seriously think I would die if I couldn't eat cheese. I would like to see some food journals if anyone has any they can share. If you can email it to email@example.com I know this is going to be hard, and I will probably want to quit at times, but I DESERVE THIS! I know I can do it. If I make a bad choice, all I can do is try to do better the next time.
