Schedule says a 30 minute walk, but I might make it longer or throw in some TurboFire.

I did day 2 of the 30 day shred. I have a couple sore muscles but I actually feel better now having pushed through it and warming up my muscles then I did earlier before I started.

I did this at 5am and I STILL feel wobbly...lol. But, I had to make up for the cake I'm eating later... 'cause it's my birthday.
