So I'm relatively new here, and I don't post much (mostly due to my FT job, hubby and 9.5 month old keeping me busy!), but I wanted to share my small personal victory today.
When it comes to healthy eating, I'm pretty good about it at home. I plan the recipes for the week, and so I make it a point to pick healthy ones (we are currently eating more of a mediterranean diet now), and I rarely add salt, etc. However, I am TERRIBLE when it comes to eating out. I always splurge and go for the cheeseburger and fries, etc. However, today I had lunch with my boss and another work colleague, and I chose a grilled chicken spinach salad with artichokes, portobello mushrooms, and lemon herb vinaigrette! It was delicious!
Yay for small victories!
