I need non expensive lunch ideas. Lunch i have the hardest time picking healthy foods, and im beginning to get bored.
I tend to eat a chicken or steak salad, or a chicken or steak wrap.
I also like the soup at hands with 25%(i think its that much) less sodium. I like them because of the low calories and it helps my stomach feel more satisfied.
I also need snack ideas- I cannot eat fresh fruits and veggies alone. otherwise i would eat nothing but those for snacks. :( I have oral allergy syndrom and most of them make my mouth, throat and lips itch
