about to do another 20-30 on wii fit.
So far I have just done a 20 minute walk. I'll also be doing my evening run and a video later.
Went to yoga class this morning. I'm tentatively planning some cardio tonight, but my energy level is negative today, so it's not looking good.
ran my first 6 miles!!! and also packing and moving furniture ;)
Ran 2.3 miles. Slower than my usual pace, but the farthest I've ever run yet.
