Tips, advise, or your personal story?
I've switched over to this lifestyle...love it so far...it's been a little over a week :)

Working my way towards it. A firend of mine has been doing it on and off for the past 3 years, she's dorpped a lot of weight. She feels so much better and has so much more energy then ever before!
I wouldn't do it.
I'm with the Chinese: the #1 source of food-borne illness is uncooked food. They even cook lettuce (which is better than you'd guess). They think drinking cold water is nearly as dumb, and only serve it in restaurants here to people who are not Asian.
